Where do you ship?

We ship globally wherever Canada Post offers shipping services, but not to PO boxes. Please note we are not responsible for taxes, duties, VAT, or any other surcharges that may arise from international shipping.

Which shipping companies do you use?

Most of our orders are shipped through Canada Post. We may occasionally ship orders through Chit Chats, whose partner carriers include USPS and Asendia. Other carries that we use for shipping are UPS (mostly for flat rate shipping), FedEx, and DHL. You will be notified as to which carrier we used for your order in your shipping confirmation email.

How much is shipping?

In order to offer the most affordable shipping, we utilize oversize letter mail postage as much as possible. This means your order, depending on the weight, will be shipped as an oversized letter using postage stamps. As such, there is no tracking and no guarantee in delivery times. This shipping method will show up as "Postage Stamp" whenever available. Alternative shipping rates are calculated by Canada Post at checkout so you can select the shipping option that you are most comfortable with. 

^! Flat rate shipping of $10 for orders $100 and over (before taxes) within Canada. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout.

^! Flat rate shipping of $15 for USA orders $100 and over. For USA orders under $100, shipping is calculated at check out.

International shipping rates are calculated at check out.

Shipping may take longer than usual due to COVID-19. Please consider upgrading to express/priority shipping if you need your items asap.

What is your return policy?

*+! We will accept returns within 30 days of your shipping date, or delivery date for trackable deliveries. However, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for getting the item/items back to us in their original packaging and with the original receipt. Be sure to use a reliable and if possible trackable shipping service when sending us your return as we will not issue a refund if we do not receive your return. Please contact us to obtain the return address, and with the return/tracking information once you have shipped your return. Once we have received your return in its original state, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please note gift cards, greeting card service, sale, and clearance items are not eligible for return/refund 

Damaged or defective items

*+! If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and replace your order or issue a refund. Please be sure to include photos of the packaging and the defective/damaged items. 

Missing or incorrect item

If you have received your order and something is missing or incorrect, please contact us right away to investigate it.

 

^ Some products may not be eligible. Standard ground shipping. We reserve the right to change or cancel this offer at any time. Please note that where parcels exceed 4kg, an additional charge may be applied based on final shipping weight. We will notify you asap if this is the case with your order.

* Removing the original packaging, labels/tags, washing/wearing and or using the item will void the return policy.

+ We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny a refund if item is not received in its original state. We also reserve the right to change or cancel our return policy at any time without prior notice. 

! EU and other international customers (outside of Canada), please note that you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees (including VAT) charged by your country.
